The house was perfect for our needs. Close to skiing, grocery stores and had enough beds to sleep us and extended family.
The bath towels in the main bath could have been a little nicer but that's not anything to ding them for.
This long weekend family vacay is going in the record books for us. 3 extended families under one roof age range from 7 to 70 and everyone had a great time.
The hill the house is in was great for sledding and learning to balance on a snowboard, building snowmen or making snow angels The house had plenty of jigsaw puzzles (we managed to put 3 together during our stay) and table space for working on them The kitchen had everything we needed including an insulated coffee pot so we had warm coffee whenever we wanted.
The host responded within a few minutes every time we had a question, I Including before we got there.
Will definitely go back next time we have a large group!"

We spent four nights here with my mom and my toddler and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host is incredibly organized, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a great stay-you can really feel that throughout the entire experience.
The location is hard to beat. The condo is literally a two-minute walk to the beach and only about a 10-minute drive to historic St. Augustine, which made everything so convenient.
For families with kids, this place is a dream. There's a pack-n-play, a cabinet full of toys, and of course immediate access to the beach. My toddler absolutely loved it, and having those kid- friendly touches made the stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
We were extremely comfortable and would not hesitate to stay here again. I can't recommend" this place enough-10/10 all around."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the homes proximity to local attractions. We also enjoyed the house which had all the amenities we could hope for. It was very clean, historically beautiful with architectural features we appreciated very much. Spacious and well-appointed. "What an amazing stay! Perfect for watching the sunrise on chilly mornings. January in St. Augustine can have some cold days and knowing this, I booked this place so we could still enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunrises from the patio or warmth of the indoors with an amazing view! My son loved having a heated pool to swim in. It definitely met my expectations and location was perfect. Lynn and Butch were so incredible with information and responsiveness. We even extended our stay because we loved it so much!! Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip if available."
